Information Technology Specialists

The OSPD IT team manages networks, computers, technology, data, security, and communication systems for twenty-three offices and over 1,000 defenders working in courthouses and jails across all 64 counties in the state. This is no small feat, as defenders across the state communicate and support each other in their practice, while also maintaining information silos between individual offices for ethical screening purposes. The IT team is led by Chief Information Officer, Kyle Hughes.

Our IT team is both housed within the State Office and dispersed across the state with many positions allocated directly to a local regional office but recruited centrally. For some positions, flex and remote work may be available. Please review the job announcements carefully for information about location.
